# Privacy policy

## Who is responsible

La Française du Logiciel, the sole proprietorship of Vincent Wendling (6 rue des Frères Eberts, 67100 Strasbourg), reachable at[contact@tensel.eu](mailto:contact@tensel.eu), is the data controller for everything described here.

## What we collect, and why

All of it is hosted in Scaleway's Paris region (fr-par). We use no third-party cookies and no advertising trackers.

## Your rights

You have the rights of access, correction, erasure, portability and objection that the GDPR gives you. Exporting your data is self-service in the dashboard; for anything else, write to[contact@tensel.eu](mailto:contact@tensel.eu). You can also complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at any time.

## Deletion

Deleting an application takes effect after a 24-hour grace period. Deleting an organisation is handled with you by support. Platform backups are kept for 7 days before they are gone for good.
